Welcome to Mary’s Braider. By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mary provides professional hair braiding and related services. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Services are provided at 9959 Adleta Blvd
Dallas, TX.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied to your final balance.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service and deposit at time of booking. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, CashApp, etc. Inquire for other forms of payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are expected to arrive with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise arranged. If hair prep is needed, an additional fee may apply. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions or for any reason that compromises health and safety.

5. Products

If you purchase hair or hair care products through our website:

  • All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, text, and designs, are the property of Mary’s Braiding Services. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.

7. Client Conduct

We expect respectful and professional behavior from all clients. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in service termination.

8. Liability

Mary’s Braider Services is not responsible for any allergic reactions or damage resulting from the use of hair products or styles, especially if client information is incomplete or inaccurate.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
